BTS’s J-Hope bids farewell to fans before military enlistment

J-Hope shares handwritten note and new haircut on Instagram, as well as additional photos on Weverse


BTS member J-Hope has taken to social media to bid farewell to fans ahead of his military enlistment. On April 17, he posted a handwritten note on Instagram, along with a photo showcasing his new haircut. In both the note and the caption of the post, J-Hope wrote, “I will return healthy and well!!”


J-Hope also shared several photos of himself saluting the camera on Weverse, along with a message that expressed his love for BTS’s fans, known as ARMY.

Meanwhile, fellow BTS member Jimin shared an adorable selfie with J-Hope on Weverse, captioning the post with a purple heart.



On April 13, News1 reported that J-Hope was set to enlist on April 18. However, BTS’s agency BIGHIT MUSIC responded by stating that it was difficult to confirm the exact date and location of J-Hope’s enlistment.

Despite this uncertainty, J-Hope’s recent social media posts have provided comfort to fans who will miss him during his time away. ARMYs will undoubtedly continue to support J-Hope and the rest of BTS as they pursue their individual endeavors.
