SEVENTEEN's newest mini-album "FML" has broken records and become the top-selling Korean album of all time, just days after its release.
On April 24th at 6 p.m. KST, SEVENTEEN made their highly-anticipated comeback with their 10th mini album, "FML". In just one day, "FML" sold over 3 million copies, becoming the first album in Hanteo history to achieve this milestone. The album went on to sell an astounding 4,550,214 copies in its first week of release, breaking records and making SEVENTEEN the only artist in K-pop history to surpass 4 million sales in one week.
In addition to breaking the record for the highest first-week sales in Hanteo history, "FML" has also set a new record for the highest total sales of any album to date. The previous records were held by BTS's 2020 album "Map of the Soul: 7," which sold over 3.3 million copies in its first week and over 4.2 million copies in total.
Congratulations to SEVENTEEN on this historic achievement!
